What did you intend to do, and what happened instead? It is helpful to include the app version, Watch model, watchOS version, and the steps needed to reproduce the problem.
Please do not send any health data. Remove heart rate readings, personal information, and other sensitive content from screenshots. For technical support, the description and device specifications are usually sufficient.

What task would you like to make easier with Sokuho? Describe the process and what you feel is missing.
Why is my heart rate graph missing?
Measurement values or read access may be missing. Check the access to heart rate for Sokuho in the Health privacy settings. The app displays only existing measurements.
Why do older workouts look different?
Newer devices store additional information about phases and heart rate zones at the time. For older workouts, this information cannot be reliably reconstructed retrospectively.
Why am I not hearing an announcement?
Under “Signals,” check whether voice or sounds are enabled. If “Headphones Only” is selected, the output must first be confirmed in the app. Test the signals with the desired media playback; the connection to the iPhone and playback on the Watch are different scenarios.
Where can I download Sokuho?
Sokuho is currently under development. A public App Store download is not yet available. This website describes the current state of development.
Does a workout start when you open the app?
No. A workout doesn’t start until you select “Start.”
