One walk. Your pace.

The workout lasts 40 minutes. You’ll do 5 fast intervals with light recovery periods in between. The last fast interval is immediately followed by a 5-minute cool-down.

8-minute warm-up · 5 × 3 minutes at a brisk pace · 4 × 3 minutes at a relaxed pace · 5-minute cool-down.

Adjust the times and number of rounds. Your saved settings are kept.

Open a saved session under “Workouts.” View the available heart rate readings in the history and the phases of that session. The vertical scale adjusts to the curve; the full heart rate ranges can be displayed.
